The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with a strong understanding of ITAM processes and platform capabilities.  This role is primarily focused (70–80%) on ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), asset governance, and integrations, while exposure to ITSM, CMDB, and other modules will be considered secondary.  ## Roles and Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules.
