Must Have
Delivered tenant-to-tenant endpoint migration work in production, Intune/Windows specialism mandatory, Deep Intune operational expertise, Troubleshooting competence, Practical understanding of device join state, Provisioning concepts relevant to tenant transitions, Proven ability to create runbooks, Validation steps and known-fix playbooks for repeatable execution, Willingness to align working hours to regional cutovers, Support extended hours when required, Documentation discipline, Evidence-first practices, Ability to coach engineers, Improve delivery maturity at pace
Nice to Have
Experience with workstation/profile migration tooling, Microsoft certification alignment relevant to endpoint management, PowerShell scripting for diagnostics, Readiness reporting and bulk remediation, Experience with large, globally distributed device estates, Remote workforce constraints
What You'll Do.
Provide endpoint readiness guidance
Provide risk assessments for migration waves
Act as escalation authority for complex device migration
Perform root cause analysis
Define runbooks for common remediation scenarios
Support cutover events with rapid triage
Provide stabilization leadership
Maintain a known-issues and fixes catalogue
Reduce recurring defects through standard patterns
Provide validation criteria
Provide evidence standards for endpoint readiness
Provide evidence standards for post-migration acceptance
Support Factory discipline leads
Improve troubleshooting playbooks
Improve telemetry standards
Provide reporting inputs on failure categories
Provide reporting inputs on remediation throughput
Provide reporting inputs on readiness health metrics
Adjust working patterns to support regional cutovers
