What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of relevant experience in technical consulting, support, or similar roles, Proficiency in Python and SQL, Hands-on experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, Analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision, Good understanding of system performance tuning and automation
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Experience with planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinaxis, JDA, Knowledge of data processing tools like Hadoop, PySpark, Hive, Familiarity with statistical/optimization tools (R/Python/JavaScript)

Manage automated batch processes
Collaborate across Support
Deliver a stable and scalable solution environment
Ensure timely response
and resolution of batch automation disruptions
Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform
and manage customer data
Analyze customer data
Understand functional/technical dependencies
Ensure data integrity
Support CI/CD processes
Improve system reliability
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics
Develop automation scripts
Understand and work with o9 platform data models
Fine-tune performance
Automate manual processes
Implement system checks
Create and execute integration tests

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate across Support, DevOps, Product, and Customer teams; Work closely with DevOps and Support teams
