What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining multi‑tier customer environments in Microsoft Azure, background managing software releases across Development, UAT, Staging, and Production environments, Hands‑on experience modernising legacy platforms and transitioning on‑premise enterprise systems to the cloud, Advanced capability building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps, Significant experience operating and supporting SaaS solutions in Azure production environments, operational knowledge of IIS and. NET‑based applications, Experience working in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering roles, Proficient scripting and coding skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Go, or. NET, Demonstrated use of Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform, expertise in monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability practices, Experience defining SLIs/SLOs and improving platform reliability and performance, Solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, VPNs, and firewalls, Experience responding to incidents, participating in on‑call rotations, and driving post‑incident improvement, collaboration and communication skills with a blameless, customer‑focused mindset
