Must Have
Architect / Building engineer / Building Surveyor / Project Manager in construction / facility management function, Fluent English is essential (written and spoken), knowledge of Czechia construction principles, fire safety legislation, construction permit aspects, construction standards (WTCBuildwise), Autonomous, rigorous, organized, flair for analysis and synthesis, able to draft documents, Driving license required, Operational command of Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Be able to work under pressure on high velocity, but short term, projects, ability to plan and manage the personal workload, Articulate, excellent attention to detail, Confident, assertive where required, Flexible approach to work, Open to travel, as required

Assess real estate based on data room review
Assess building fabric elements
Report significant defects
Report non-compliances
Report maintenance backlog
Provide fitting recommendation
Assess compliance with current regulations
Assess compliance with future regulations
Consider sustainability matters
Contribute to building detailed reports
Contribute to minutes
