4–7 years Business Systems Analyst experience, Experience with multi-system solutions, Experience creating process flows, Experience writing user stories, Understanding of modern IT architectures, Ability to write SQL queries, Written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with JIRA, Proficiency with Confluence, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Exposure to digital product delivery, Prior consulting experience, Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365, Experience leading Power Platform implementations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, Power Platform certifications

Become familiar with client business challenges
Act as trusted advisor
Act as key contributor

Support requirements elicitation
Assist technical teams with solution design
Define how data supports solutions
Bridge business and technical perspectives

Coordinate integration testing
