What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-7 years BSA/Technical Analyst experience, Multi-system solutions and integrations experience, Experience creating process flows, Experience writing user stories, Understanding of modern IT architectures, Ability to write SQL queries, Written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Exposure to digital product delivery, Prior consulting experience, Success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, Power Platform certifications

Become familiar with client business challenges
Act as trusted advisor
Contribute on cross-functional teams
Lead requirements elicitation
Support requirements elicitation
Assist technical teams with solution design
Define how data supports solutions
Bridge business and technical perspectives
Evaluate current-state processes
Define desired future state
Write acceptance criteria
Coordinate integration testing
Support integration testing
Coordinate user acceptance testing
Support user acceptance testing
Communicate clearly and effectively
