What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline, 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, solution delivery, or a related role supporting enterprise applications, Solid experience in supply chain operations, particularly within apparel, sourcing, or retail environments, including order management and invoicing processes, Hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB, Node. js, or JavaScript, Proven track record working across business stakeholders, technical teams and external development vendors to deliver system solutions, knowledge of Agile delivery practices (e. g. backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance support), Ability to produce clear and structured documentation (e. g. business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications), Effective stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with ownership and the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage, Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead business requirement analysis

Drive workflow efficiency improvements
Act as Product Owner for internal platforms
Manage product backlog and prioritization
Oversee system lifecycle management
Serve as key interface between teams
Partner with business users
Facilitate discussions and resolve gaps
