We are looking for talented folks who: Have 5+ years of technical Business Analyst experience, preferably in a SaaS environment  Have the proven ability to become a subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement for our clients Excel at digging into the root cause of problems and finding unique solutions to optimize processes Want to know why things work the way they do and excel at explaining things with the right amount of detail Are excellent communicators with the spoken and written word.
