What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting, Around 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership as an architect, technical leader, or project leader, knowledge of general web application development (e.g., Java-based environments) and data modeling, Ability to perform technical tasks firsthand (e.g., configuring cloud services, verifying operations, writing code/scripts), Proactive mindset to lead complex projects with a sense of ownership and problem-solving skills, Exceptional customer communication and facilitation skills
Nice to Have
Specialized knowledge in system integration, SSO, large-scale data volume (LDV), and DevOps/Agile processes, Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular), Understanding of various Salesforce solutions or experience in large-scale CRM projects, Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration, Salesforce official certifications are a plus
What You'll Do.
Serve as a technical consultant driving digital transformation (DX) for strategic enterprise clients
Lead projects to success by leveraging high technical capabilities and specialized knowledge of the Salesforce platform
including system concept formulation
overall architecture design
and requirement definitions
Execute and safeguard the technical integrity of Salesforce implementation projects
Provide cross-functional technical support for client- or partner-led individual/multiple projects
Focus on customer success
understand client strategies
and drive projects forward with technical excellence
Design overall system architecture (external integration
large-scale data processing
etc.) and establish development strategies
Build prototypes and conduct technical validations for complex requirements
Create development guides and establish frameworks to manage and optimize development/operational processes (e.g.
Resolve critical technical issues and review major project deliverables to ensure high quality
Build CoE (Center of Excellence) and DevOps organizations to promote long-term Salesforce utilization
Partner with global product development teams and architects to solve complex customer challenges using global best practices
and develop team members while contributing to the Trailblazer community
