We are looking for a Senior Technical Accounting Manager with strong technical accounting skills, who is a great collaborator, and is passionate about delivering quality results and driving continual improvement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role will report to the Director of Financial Reporting and provide technical accounting guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions as well as play a key role in understanding and adopting new accounting standards. The role will partner with cross-functional team leads including revenue accounting, corporate accounting, corporate development, legal, finance, treasury and other subject matter experts and leaders within the Company. Your role: Work cross-functionally on contemplated business transactions to ensure accounting issues are identified, resolved, and documented in high-quality technical memos. Own the development of technical accounting memoranda and accounting policies for new products, transactions, and business initiatives, performing independent accounting research and exercising professional judgment while effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
