What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field, Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment

Nice to Have

Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment, Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead, Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars, Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows, Experience in troubleshooting 5G networks

Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance

Plan and build solutions using best practices

Keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy

Understand customer business/operational needs

Understand customer technical challenges

Help customers achieve greatest value from AWS

Work with engineers and service teams to see

Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption

Represent AWS within customer environment

Drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents

Drive discussions regarding trade-offs

Drive discussions regarding support

Drive discussions regarding risk management
