5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment (software engineering, product management, and related functions), A solid understanding of engineering disciplines, Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Experience managing offer negotiations and closing technical candidates, Organised and structured in your approach, Adaptable and resilient, Data-driven approach to recruitment

What You'll Do.

Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Product and Engineering - from intake to offer - delivering a fast

and candidate-centric experience

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior engineering/product leaders to shape hiring strategy

calibrate candidate quality

and drive efficient decision-making throughout the process

Execute on targeted sourcing strategies to build strong

diverse leveraging Boolean search

and community-based sourcing

Drive proactive outreach and headhunting to engage passive talent

using a compelling and personalised approach that reflects the DataSnipper brand

Conduct structured screening and assessment processes

providing clear and data-informed recommendations to hiring teams

Guide candidates through the entire process

ensuring a great experience at every touchpoint

Manage offer negotiations - structuring competitive packages

handling counteroffers

and closing candidates effectively

Contribute to and execute on the talent strategy for tech hiring in collaboration with the TA team and key including sourcing channels and interview frameworks

Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and share progress with the team

Actively use AI tools throughout the recruitment workflow - from sourcing and outreach to candidate evaluation - to work efficiently and at scale

Support broader TA team initiatives such as employer branding

and interview enablement for hiring managers

ABOUT THIS ROLE We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at DataSnipper. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving hiring across our Product and Engineering functions, working alongside fellow TA specialists to deliver a high-quality, candidate-centric recruitment experience. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle across technical roles: from building targeted pipelines and screening candidates, to facilitating a smooth process and managing offer negotiations. You'll work closely with engineering and product hiring managers, building strong working relationships to ensure you deeply understand their needs. You'll bring focus and pace to a fast-moving environment, and you'll know how to use AI tools to work efficiently and at scale.
