What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of people management experience, Hands-on experience in both PSP and banking environments, Proven expertise in credit model and policy development, including building credit risk frameworks and scorecards from scratch, A hands-on, operational mindset, A genuine motivation to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and contribute to building new products
Nice to Have
leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, stakeholder management skills, someone who's energised by growth, not slowed down by it
