At CESO, an Architecture Senior (Sr) Team Lead brings advanced technical leadership and strategic oversight to guide the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents, specifications, and details across a diverse portfolio of complex projects. In addition to managing multiple teams, this position is responsible for overseeing technical direction, resolving escalated design challenges, and ensuring alignment with project goals, quality standards, and company best practices. The Sr Team Lead plays a key role in resource planning, risk management, and process improvement initiatives, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development within the team. This position frequently engages with project managers, client managers, and clients to provide expert guidance and ensure project success. ## Primary Responsibilities Be responsible for the team’s quality of work, productivity, and actions.Direct and support production teams by assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet technical and regulatory standards.Oversee resource planning across multiple projects or programs, ensuring optimal team utilization and workload balance.Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating collaboration and resolving inter-team dependencies or conflicts.Oversee the full lifecycle of projects—from planning and design through construction documentation
