Must Have
US tax returns preparation and completion, Corporate income taxes, Sales and use taxes, Transfer pricing, Duties for Lush North America, Tax authority audits management, North America tax reporting, US income tax returns including Federal and State income tax, Routine submissions such as 1042 and FBAR, Tax compliance, reporting and related filings
Nice to Have
Experience with tax software, Experience with ERP systems
What You'll Do.
Preparation and completion of Lush's US tax returns
Structuring and planning for all aspects of taxation
Managing corporate income taxes
transfer pricing and duties for Lush North America
Partnering with business operations to ensure tax structure meets changing business needs
Monitoring compliance activities
Managing all tax authority audits
Identifying challenges and opportunities
Creating step plans to resolve issues
Partnering with the Global Head of Tax on North America tax reporting
Updating transfer pricing as needed
Overseeing US income tax returns including Federal and State income tax
Overseeing routine submissions such as 1042 and FBAR
Overseeing tax compliance
reporting and related filings
