What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active CPA license required, 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, Experience reviewing and managing complex tax engagements and returns, Proven ability to lead client relationships and deliver advisory-focused tax guidance, Experience mentoring staff and leading teams, Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment, Ability to manage competing priorities, Entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with CCH Axcess strongly preferred, Heavy pass-through entity experience, Exceptional client communication
