This role is pivotal to driving strategic growth in the local market, with a strong emphasis on business development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in taxation, extensive client-facing experience, and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities. ## Position Responsibilities Lead and manage within the tax practice in San Antonio focusing on expanding the client base and increasing market share. Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at acquiring new clients in the region Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Stay current on industry trends, tax laws, and regulations to ensure the firm offers cutting-edge tax solutions.
