Make recommendations regarding accuracy
Make recommendations regarding tax savings
Assist Manager in running client engagements
Complete tax projects
Manage tax projects to budget
Ensure client satisfaction
Manage client deadlines
Share tax saving strategies
Work closely with Partners
Work closely with Senior Managers
Work closely with Managers
Work closely with Staff
Resolve minor issues with IRS
Resolve minor issues with tax authorities
Assist with resolving complex issues with IRS
Assist with resolving complex issues with tax authorities
Participate in client meetings
Lead client meetings with smaller clients
Supervise associates on tax projects
Train associates on tax projects
Mentor associates on tax projects
Supervise interns on tax projects
Train interns on tax projects

Assess performance of staff
