What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-6 years of experience, ideally starting in public accounting, Direct experience with tax compliance and tax provisioning (ASC 740 is a must), A willingness to tackle general ledger work and familiarity with general accounting principles, A self-starter mentality
Nice to Have
candidates from mid-sized or local accounting firms who have handled diverse clients and worn multiple hats, A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, experience with NetSuite, experience with Avalara, managing outsourced tax preparers

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with, provide data to, and quality-check the deliverables of our external tax consulting firms; Collaborate with our accounting team on general ledger operations
Communication Scope
Communicate tax risks and savings opportunities to senior management
