Handle regulatory correspondence

Conduct nexus studies and state and local tax
Handle gross receipts and franchise tax filings
Prepare transfer pricing documentation
Manage indirect tax (sales tax and VAT) compliance
Handle property tax filings
Manage informational reporting (such as Forms 1099)
Manage international tax compliance efforts
Handle Secretary of State qualifications and compliance
Manage U. S. Census reporting (BEA)
Handle unclaimed property reporting and related compliance activities
Perform monthly and annual tax provision work (ASC
Perform tax account reconciliations
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental processes
Provide guidance to staff
