THE ROLE We're hiring our first Senior Sourcer to stand up and lead the sourcing function at CodeRabbit. This is a builder role: you'll define how we source, who we attract, and how we partner with hiring managers across the company. You'll personally drive executive sourcing for VP and senior leadership searches across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Field Engineering, while partnering closely with our GTM recruiters to build pipelines that meet ambitious hiring plans. You'll report directly to the Head of People and work side by side with recruiting, hiring managers, and the executive team.
