**Overview:** **Salary:** $100k-$120k + $20k bonuses **Based:** Perth, Melb or Sydney Our 💙loved HealthTech software & AI service is going through some exciting growth 🚀 We’re hiring a range of roles across go-to-market, product & implementation… Plus, we want to optimise a range of ‘people’ things that come from scaling a team from ~30 to 50 this year. That’s why we’re looking for smart, high-agency operator to own our new people & recruitment function end-to-end. You’re excited about sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing great hires. * 👷Happy on the tools - you’re pragmatic, not corporate. You’d rather ship quickly and iterate (inc. using AI / no-code) than building a perfect 30-page handbook nobody reads. * 🤝High care - people genuinely like you. You build trust quickly, hold the line warmly, & care about the humans without going soft on standards. * 🛡️Calm under presure - sometimes we may have a tricky exit or performance convos..
