7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with the majority focused on technical roles, Deep fluency in engineering skill sets: backend, frontend, full-stack, ML/AI, data engineering, and DevOps, Experience recruiting Product roles, with a clear sense of what great product thinking looks like, Command of Ashby ATS, with a real focus on data integrity and analytics, A track record of closing senior and niche roles through outbound sourcing, not just inbound, The kind of relationship with hiring teams where they actually want your opinion, not just your pipeline update, A genuine obsession with talent density and quality: you've raised bars, pushed back on mediocre hires, and built teams that made a real difference
