What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a similar role, ideally within a dynamic, fast-growing company. Strategic mindset with the hands-on ability to design and deliver learning programs end-to-end. Exceptional group facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to all levels. Experience in cultural and change management initiatives, from concept to execution. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A data-informed approach to learning, using insights to track progress and improve. Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
Experience with DISC is considered a plus.

HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 500+ strong and continue to thrive. Now, our HR team is looking for additional hands and brains to join and help us keep growing.
