Must Have
6+ years of proven recruiting experience in a corporate, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment, Fluency in Spanish and English, Proven recruiting experience across different countries in Latin America, Superior stakeholder management capabilities, High learning agility, Technical expertise in diverse sourcing, direct sourcing, web recruitment tools, offer process/systems management, and proactive talent/candidate sourcing with various ATS systems, Possesses an enterprise mindset, consultative problem-solving skills, an agile mindset, the ability to champion organizational change
Nice to Have
Portuguese language skills are highly desirable, Workday and Phenom preferred
