We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Spanish and Italian, to provide HR services with a human touch, whilst supporting recruitment for retail and office positions across Swarovski locations. This is your chance to collaborate with other (HR) teams as One HR, as well as with Hiring Managers, to ensure an excellent candidate experience and support Swarovski’s continued success by recruiting the best talent to our open roles. **About the job** * Deliver fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to HR communities, managers and candidates (internal and external), oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. * Communicate with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries, accurate and on time. * Support Hiring Managers with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need and provide guidance.​ * Prepare and publish job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the first briefing conversation with the HM.​ * Screen and create longlists/shortlist of candidates, proactively monitors pipeline of candidates and propose measures to increase quantity, improve quality and apply sourcing strategy where required as per recruitment strategy aligned during the recruitment briefing with HM.​ * Organize
