Must Have
4+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment, Experience hiring GTM roles in B2B sales in China and other APAC countries, English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken), native Mandarin, Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, structured and deep assessment approach, commitment to best-in-class candidate experience, consistently high hiring standards, Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, high autonomy, full project ownership, Data-driven mindset, Stakeholder management
Nice to Have
Knowledge of competency-based approach in interviewing, networking skills, Knowledge of additional languages
