ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own end-to-end recruitment across our most critical hires — Engineering, Product, and Marketing — partnering closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand each role and deliver a sharp, human candidate experience from first touch to offer. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in highly demanding environments, knows how to find talent others can't, and brings the network, judgment, and autonomy to operate as a true talent partner — not an order-taker. Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to employer branding, onboarding, retention, and internal initiatives that shape culture as we scale. ABOUT YOU ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: - Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: - 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech companies, digital startups, or other highly demanding environments - Proven track record hiring for technical and digital roles (Engineering, Product, Marketing) - Hands-on operator: you own the full cycle end-to-end, from sourcing to closing, without needing direction - Skilled at uncovering the hidden 1% — passive candidates, niche profiles, talent others miss - Strong professional network in the tech and product ecosystem - H
