What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, At least 1 year in the technology sector, Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media platforms, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Organisational and project management skills, Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data, Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software

What You'll Do.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
including job postings
and hiring for various roles
with a focus across functional expertise (Sales
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels
including social media
and industry-specific platforms
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and providing an excellent candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends
and competitor activities
Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
and standardise recruiting processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Own and manage TA tools
and reporting dashboards
ensuring alignment with HR
Identify and implement automation opportunities
Track and analyse key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill
Provide insights to business stakeholders to inform hiring strategies
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data to enhance sourcing and recruiting effectiveness
Partner with hiring managers to improve interviewing processes
Oversee and refine structured interview frameworks
Act as the primary liaison between TA
and IT for system improvements and integrations
Manage relationships with external vendors (ATS provider
background check partners
Ensure compliance with recruiting policies
and employment regulations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies; Streamline workflows, ensuring alignment with HR, People Ops, and hiring teams; Partner with hiring managers to improve interviewing processes, training, and coordination; Act as the primary liaison between TA, HR, and IT for system improvements and integrations
