Join our global business at Cint as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will support our R&D (Tech and Product) teams as we scale and bring critical new talent into the organization. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function is critical to our success, as it enables us to attract and hire the right talent that drives our business forward. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with Tech & Product leadership teams to attract and hire the best candidates to scale our engineering capabilities. Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term contract role. What You Will Do * Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire end-to-end recruitment process for roles within our Tech and Product functions, with a dedicated focus on scaling our AI and ML Engineering teams. * Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Deploy creative sourcing strategies to reach the best talent in the market.
