previous recruitment experience, confident partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders, advocate for candidate experience excellence, enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, comfortable collaborating with colleagues across the globe, care about data, accustomed to transparently sharing pipeline insights, funnel metrics, and other important data, comfortable stepping into a fixed-term role and making an immediate impact, with minimal ramp-up time, able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form, with various stakeholders in English

In Delivery Operations, your scope will range from core operational roles to global strategic positions across the function. We’re looking for someone with experience hiring talent in fast-moving environments. You enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex hiring needs, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish.
