Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust and predictable talent funnel for current and future needs, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates. Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a relentless focus on performance metrics, including quality of hire, pipeline velocity, and offer acceptance rates. Continuously refine and scale our recruitment processes to maximise efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
