In close partnership with People Leaders and HR Managers, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering recruitment strategies that attract top talent and support our organizational priorities. You will lead full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience. Using data and market insight, you will turn business priorities into effective hiring strategies and results, bringing deep expertise in technical recruitment across manufacturing and engineering.
