About the Role As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the growth of Nscale. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a critical function in a start-up/scale-up environment, where you’ll support everything from sourcing to process improvements to onboarding. You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your commercial acumen, innovative sourcing strategies, and commitment to building a robust employer brand will drive our success in securing world-class talent.
