The opportunity We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner ; an individual who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across all things Product. What you will do: * Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and identify ideal candidate profiles. * Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.). * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles. * Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest. * Leverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). * Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities. * Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting.
