Full-cycle recruiting in a high-pressure, hyper-selective environment, Proven track record of landing exceptional, international talent, Deep hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter at scale, Partner effectively with senior leadership, Fluent in German and English
Nice to Have
contributed to scaling a tech company from 50 to 200+ FTEs (Series A → C) or a PE buy-and-build
