What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced corporate or tech environment, Proven track record hiring for Software Engineering/Data Engineering/ AIML / Product/Design roles in Indian market, knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and Indian talent market dynamics, Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Preference IT or HR for Bachelor's degree, Cross regional hiring experience for geographies like the US, Canada or EU is good to have
