Must Have
Nine or more years of recruiting or employment experience, significant experience recruiting sales or revenue-focused roles, Experience working with advanced recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, Experience working with human resources principles, practices, and procedures, Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, desktop applications, and other recruiting technologies that support high-volume or specialized sales recruiting, Experience working with federal, state, and local human resources laws and regulations
What You'll Do.
Consult with sales leadership on staffing needs
Identify role requirements and success profiles
and interview candidates for sales roles
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Assist sales managers in evaluating candidates
Prepare and extend job offer packages
Negotiate compensation and commission structures
Develop and manage applicant flow for sales roles
Design and implement sourcing strategies
Utilise targeted advertisements
