What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on tech hiring – Application Engineering, Software Engineering, or adjacent technical functions in high-growth or scale-up environments, Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior Engineering and Product stakeholders, End-to-end ownership of complex tech searches, including high-volume evergreen roles and senior or niche engineering positions, project ownership: you pick things up independently, drive them to completion, and resolve blockers without waiting to be told, Comfortable using recruiting data, pipeline analysis, and market insights to guide decisions – and confident enough to act on what you find, Demonstrated ability to build structure and improve execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook doesn't always exist yet

You'll live and breathe tech hiring – partnering directly with senior Engineering and Product stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, sharpen briefs, and raise the bar on every search. You'll bring structure where it's missing, challenge assumptions that slow things down, and take ownership of projects that currently sit with leadership. You're the kind of person who spots a blocker on Monday and has it resolved by Tuesday. The Lisbon office is set to grow significantly – and tech hiring is what will make or break that growth.
