What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of three years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment OR a combination of relevant education and experience totaling seven years, Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, Ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers, making every interaction a positive experience, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the recruitment process moving smoothly, Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice to Have

Experience in International/Global recruitment is highly desirable, A track record of filling roles across various functions and levels, preferably in offshore, oil & gas, or industrial settings, understanding of employment laws and regulations, Experience recruiting for offshore oil and gas operations, knowledge of offshore functions and the unique hiring challenges in the industry

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts

Develop proactive recruitment strategies

Cultivate pipelines across offshore and field positions

Leverage multiple channels to attract top talent

Partner closely with hiring managers

Define needs and build candidate profiles

Drive a seamless hiring process

Verify offshore certifications

Coordinate pre-rig training

Manage multiple priorities

Maintain accurate records in Workday

Develop and implement recruitment strategies

Source top talent through multiple channels

and assess candidates

Verify offshore training certifications and licenses

Work with training team

Maintain relationships with universities

Maintain job postings

Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines

Take on additional duties
