What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition professional within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment, Proven track record of building and scaling top-tier Go-to-Market teams, with particular depth in Enterprise Sales recruitment across the EMEA region, Solid working knowledge of employment legislation and hiring compliance across key EMEA markets, including the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Nordics, Familiarity with GDPR candidate data handling, works council requirements, and multi-country compliance within a single hiring workflow, Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity within an ATS environment, Produce meaningful recruitment analytics, Present clear insights to senior stakeholders

In-house TA background where you understand the difference between agency and embedded partnership — and you thrive in the latter, Greenhouse ATS preferred, Experience with the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Nordics
What You'll Do.
Own full-lifecycle recruitment for critical commercial functions
Shape talent strategy for EMEA
Build partnerships with EMEA leadership across Commercial and Enterprise Sales
Understand business needs and anticipate talent needs
Attract top-tier talent
and hire top-tier talent through advanced sourcing channels and professional networks
Build and nurture a robust
Design and deliver recruitment strategies
Craft compelling job content
Advise leadership on talent market intelligence
and workforce planning
Lead conversations with hiring managers
Provide pipeline visibility
Champion candidate experience
Conduct deep-dive screening and cultural assessment
Secure leadership approvals
Maintain data hygiene across Greenhouse and connected platforms
Deliver regular reporting on key metrics
Translate data into actionable narratives
