The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded and delivery-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the view to move to a permanent position. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to lead end-to-end hiring across technical and G&A functions, helping the business attract and hire exceptional talent at pace. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, balancing candidate experience, operational excellence, and strategic hiring support.
