Must Have
B. S. degree in engineering, physics, or related field, 5+ years of experience in systems, integration, and/or test, Experience as decision maker on test campaign, Proven experience working on complex technical programs, First principles thinking, Technical breadth across relevant fields, Working knowledge of aerospace vehicle subsystems, Hands-on experience building aerospace vehicles, Physically able to lift 25 lbs, Comfortable bending, stooping, and standing
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with GNC and propulsion sensors and actuators, Designed and owned vehicle-level design trades, Owned vehicle-level test campaigns, Deep knowledge of satellite systems engineering, Experience with project management of full lifecycle, Capability to solve complex problems autonomously, Experience with C++, Experience with Python, Experience with aerospace hardware development practices, Prior work in technical leadership role, Experience supporting flight test, Experience flying spacecraft, Experience in production environment, Wiring schematic design experience, Harness design experience, Harness manufacturing experience, Unigraphics NX experience or similar CAD software
