What They're Looking For.
Must Have
degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field, Proven technical experience in aerospace product development and small project management, Working knowledge of avionics regulations and certification standards including TSO, DO 160, DO 254, and DO 178B/C
Nice to Have
Optical or display engineering background, enabling technical decision‑making in display system design, Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of influencing across engineering groups and senior leadership levels
