What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum 5 years of experience working as System Engineer, Possess hands-on experience in Hypervisors and Cloud environments, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, Comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in-person, Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure
Nice to Have
VMCE certification, Knowledge in Kubernetes technologies platforms is an advantage, Knowledge in DBs (Oracle, SQL, DB2, SAP) is an advantage, Understanding of data and privacy and security standards such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, PDPL, NDMO, NCA, SAMA, Familiarity with data security frameworks including DSPM (Data Security Posture Management)
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with the sales team to secure and expand business with new and existing end-user customers
and Hosting Providers
Conduct web-based and on-site demonstrations of the Veeam product portfolio
and participating in joint meetings
Offer pre-sales support and on-site assistance to customers during their evaluation of Veeam software
Build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic alliance partners in coordination with sales colleagues
Contribute to and participate in Veeam marketing events
Conduct Product Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers
Prepare Bills of Materials (B. O. M)
RFPs/RFQs based on customer needs
Demonstrate new technologies and provide training to internal staff and customers
Independently identify and qualify business opportunities
Provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of products within the solution
Coordinate presales efforts with customers
working with Veeam Solution Architects
and Professional Services figures
Advise customers on their future business strategy and ensure a positive customer experience on assigned accounts
Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure
