What You'll Achieve.
Streamline the preparation and execution of intricate, mission-critical operations; Enhance situational awareness, tactical command and control, and seamless video data exchange capabilities; Architect, implement, and certify high-assurance cryptographic systems; Contribute directly to cryptographic information assurance architectures, certification artifacts, and fielded systems; Build systems that withstand formal certification scrutiny; Support secure communications, remote rekey, and lifecycle management; Operate within defined crypto, INFOSEC, and High Assurance boundaries; Satisfy stakeholder requirements; Develop implementation requirements; Ensure efficient planning and execution; Provide overall technical direction, guidance and development on projects; Develop, communicate and manage strategic plans for business growth

Active U. S. Government Secret Security Clearance, U. S. citizenship required, Candidates may need to obtain the relevant security clearance or handle export-controlled material
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active U. S. Government Secret Security Clearance, Bachelor of Science (or greater) Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, 8 + years experience in related field with proven track record of success working in multi-disciplined team, Demonstrated success in full lifecycle product development in both waterfall and agile methodologies and configuration management of produced artifacts, Understanding of the DoD Acquisition Process for Engineering & Manufacturing Development, Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Requirements Management Tools (e.g. , DOORS, Visure), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, writing and document development skills, Ability to interact with customers and contract representatives, Positive attitude, work ethic and ability to lead complex tasks
Nice to Have
10 + years of embedded or firmware development experience, Top Secret Clearance, 8+ years experience in related field with proven track record of success working in multi-disciplined team, Model Based Digital Engineering Experience (e.g. , SysML), Experience in Cryptographic Product Development, Background in DoD Communications Security and/or use in the field, Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) knowledge, Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) knowledge, Knowledgeable on EKMS Tier 2 Applications, Knowledgeable on Tier 3 Electronic Key Fill Devices, COMSEC Trainedriefed, NSA High Assurance Certification Experience, FIPS 140-3 Experience
