Full Job Description
**Automation Leadership** * Own and champion the automate-first engineering culture across the GTIO team * Design reusable, peer-reviewed IaC frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python * Engineer enterprise-grade solutions; enforce IaC-first PR governance; automate infrastructure drift remediation * Lead systematic identification and elimination of manual operational work across the platform **AI-Augmented Engineering** * Champion AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, AIOps platforms) across the engineering team * Define and enforce team-wide standards for AI-assisted development, code review, and documentation * Lead evaluations of AIOps tools for anomaly detection, capacity planning, and self-healing workflows * Continuously assess emerging AI capabilities and translate findings into actionable platform proposals **Infrastructure Operations & Administration** * VMware vSphere/ESXi, design, deployment, upgrades, and capacity management. Full Lifecycle ownership * Nutanix HCI, Prism Central, AHV and AOS, design, deployment, upgrades, and capacity management. Full Lifecycle ownership * Citrix Daas, design, deployment, capacity manage a global VDI solution. Fully Lifecycle ownership * Citrix NetScaler Gateway and Load Balancers * Veeam Backup & Replication strategy; lead DR optimization and failover testing and recovery validation **Windows & Linux Administration** * Advanced Windows Server administration, GPO architecture, and Active Directory design at scale * Expert-level RHEL/Ubuntu and Rocky administration, kernel tuning, and security hardening at scale * Define and enforce OS hardening standards and enterprise-wide patching compliance programs Container Platform Engineering * Design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Docker containerized workloads * Kubernetes cluster administration: on-prem, AKS, EKS, or GKE * Container image governance: base image standards, vulnerability scanning, registry management * Resource quotas, namespaces, RBAC, and
