Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, Over six years of experience in software or firmware development, Extensive experience with software systems design tools, Extensive experience with multiple programming languages, Experience defining end-to-end software system architectures for products and solutions, Experience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platform types into a cohesive overall architecture, Experience defining and improving software test methodologies, Experience writing and executing test plans, Experience using debugging tools, Experience using test scripts, Experience using automation tools, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Mastery of English, Ability to communicate architectures and design proposals, Ability to negotiate options with senior management, Software development experience with compiled languages such as C and C++, Experience developing on Linux systems, Experience with GitHub-based source control workflows, Experience designing and maintaining thermal/cooling profiles for server products, Experience with modern CI/CD/CT practices, Experience with agile methodologies, Willingness to experiment and take on new challenges, Effective communicator who works well with a distributed team, Willingness to help unblock the team, Willingness to deliver product features, A healthy impatience to build and deliver products quickly
