What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, Experience with heavy maintenance checks involving wiring modifications, Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India where the position is located.
Nice to Have
Proven expertise in avionics systems, background in Systems Engineering with specialized knowledge in Electrical Systems (ATA 24) and familiarity with ATA chapters 22, 23, 31, 34, and 42, Direct experience working with customers in India, Local hire with fluency in the local language (reading, writing, and speaking) and cultural understanding, Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), Broad knowledge of the aviation industry, including Boeing products and services, Solid understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations (FAA, ICAO, and country-specific rules), Familiarity with QAR and ACMS systems for troubleshooting, Mechanical systems knowledge in ATA chapters 21, 27, 28, 29, 32, and 36
